Meet the Staff

Tamera Miller, CPA

Tamera has over 27 years of experience in the tax and accounting profession and joined the firm in 1998.  Her area of expertise is taxation, although she does rely on her past audit, accounting, and payroll experience.

She graduated from the University of Oregon and has a current CPA license from the state of Oregon.

Tamera enjoys golfing, spending time with her grandchildren, classic cars, and gardening.

Terri Messler-Cole, CPA

A native Eugenian, Terri graduated from the University of Oregon in 2002, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. After several years in private industry, she joined Larry A Jaffe PC and discovered a love for public accounting, and earned her CPA license in August 2010. She's come a long way since balancing her dad’s business checkbook at 12 years old!

When Terri's not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband Matt and their daughter. They love the outdoors and enjoy camping in Central Oregon whenever possible. Terri also enjoys reading, hand-quilting, and playing family games.

Jeanne' Hayes, CPA

Jeanne’ has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and joined the firm in 2004. Her expertise includes accounting and taxation of individuals and businesses, non-profit auditing and accounting, reviews, and compilations.

She graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is also a licensed municipal auditor.

Jeanne’ is married and has two children. She enjoys scrapbooking, camping, ATV riding, and spending time with her kids.

Honore Scribner, CPA 

Honore joined the firm in 2018. Her range of work includes tax compliance of individuals, estates, and businesses; as well as audits and reviews of non-profit entities.

She graduated from Macalester College with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and became a sole proprietor of a gardening business before returning to school and earning another Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, at the University of Oregon in 2018.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two school-aged children, listening to live music, skiing, rafting, and hiking around the Pacific Northwest.

Jason Murphy, CPA 

Jason joined the firm in 2018. His range of work includes tax compliance of individuals and businesses, as well as audits, reviews, and compilations.

He graduated from the University of Oregon in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He returned to school in 2010 to earn the Postbaccalaureate Accounting Certificate from Portland State University.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, camping, fishing, and pursuing other outdoor recreation.

Nancy Larson

Nancy has been with the firm for more than 30 years. As a licensed tax consultant, her range of work includes individual and business taxation, assisting clients with bookkeeping needs, and payroll preparation and reports.   

She has two adult daughters and one retired husband. Nancy enjoys  reading and supporting the Oregon Ducks.

Julie Glick

Julie has been with the firm since 1993. Her range of work includes payroll preparation and reports, individual and business taxation, Form 1099 preparation,  personal property tax returns, and assisting clients with bookkeeping needs.

She enjoys spending time with her family, sports, and outdoor activities.

Shari Wiggins

Shari has over 30 years of experience in reception and administrative work and has been the receptionist with the firm for over 13 years. 

She enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her family, and watching football. Go Steelers!

Jan Taylor

Jan has over 39 years of experience in booking and payroll. She joined Mueller Yuva Osterman Rasmusson LLP in 2019, after spending almost eleven years with Larry A Jaffe PC. 

She graduated from the California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Design with an emphasis on Commercial Space Planning. She also received her Certified Payroll Professional license in 2011.

Jan enjoys spending time with her husband and two adult children, traveling internationally, walking/hiking and playing cards with friends. 

Patsy Plummer

Patsy joined Mueller Yuva Osterman Rasmusson LLP in 2019, after spending over four years with Larry A Jaffe PC. Her range of work includes bookkeeping, payroll preparation and assisting clients with quarterly/annual payroll reports.

Prior to starting her career in accounting, she worked in grocery/retail management and property management.  

Patsy enjoys spending time with her school-aged son, hiking to waterfalls throughout Oregon and discovering the hidden gems our state has to offer.

Kaitlyn Fisher 

Kaitlyn graduated from the University of Oregon in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She concentrated in Finance and Entrepreneurship and minored in Economics. Kaitlyn joined the firm in 2020 and focuses on individual tax preparation.  

Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, working on house projects and CrossFit.
